Terms of Service for Artepin, d.o.o.

1. Introduction These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Artepin, d.o.o. ("we," "us," "our"). By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Description

• Upon successful subscription and payment, the subscriber will receive one (1) SMS message per day via WhatsApp containing a positive thought, positive affirmation or love message.

• A subscriber may purchase a subscription for themselves or for someone else.

• The subscriber assumes full responsibility if the recipient does not wish to receive the messages.

3. Subscription and Renewal Policy

• The subscription is valid for one (1) year (365 days), during which the subscriber or recipient will receive 365 SMS messages.

• One month before the expiration of the subscription, it will automatically renew for another year unless canceled.

• The subscription will continue to renew yearly until the subscriber cancels it.

• If the subscription is canceled, the prepaid amount for the current year is non-refundable. However, no further payments will be charged, and no messages will be sent in the following year.

4. Payment Processing with Stripe

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe, a leading payment processing platform.

• Stripe ensures compliance with PCI-DSS security standards and handles payment transactions directly.

5. Message Delivery via Brevo

• SMS messages are sent through Brevo, a trusted messaging platform.

• Brevo ensures compliance with international data protection laws and guarantees secure message delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Subscribers or recipients can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the SMS message.

• Unsubscribing will stop the automatic renewal of the subscription for the following year.

• The current year’s subscription fee is non-refundable, even if the service is canceled before the full term.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Artepin, d.o.o. is not responsible for any dissatisfaction or issues related to message content.

• The subscriber accepts responsibility if the recipient does not wish to receive messages.

• We are not liable for service disruptions due to third-party platforms (Stripe or Brevo).

8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be communicated on our website, and we encourage you to review them regularly.
